Sr.Director

Job Duties and Responsibilities:                                                                                                      

Lead and manage large-scale core banking, business, and technology transformation opportunities and programs for banking and financial services clients.                                                                                                

Analyze client business requirements and evaluate existing business processes and technology environments to develop strategic transformation roadmaps and enterprise solutions.                                                                                                           

Engage and advise executive management on business transformation initiatives, technology modernization, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation.                                                                                                              

Create growth opportunities in existing and new BFS customers, particularly GCCs, and partner with BU and Practice teams to drive deal closure.                                                                                                  

Collaborate with client stakeholders, business users, architects, developers, and project managers to translate business objectives into technology solutions.                                                                                               

Lead/Support business development activities by identifying new Applications, Data and Business Process opportunities, preparing proposals, and expanding client relationships.                                                                                                          

Develop executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and transformation plans for senior management.                                                                                                              

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.                                                                                                            

Plan, conduct, and lead Apps. Data and Business process engagements throughout the project lifecycle, including business analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, migration, deployment, post-production stabilization, and continuous improvement.                                                                                                     

Demonstrate expertise in banking technology, core banking modernization, payment systems, AML compliance, enterprise transformation, and project                                                                                                          

Basic Qualifications:                                                                                               

8+ years of experience in Account mining/ Delivery Management                                                                                                            

8+ years of experience in Solutions and Sales support                                                                                                     

5+ years of experience in Client engagements and relationship building
