We are currently seeking a Tech Consultant - Qlik Cloud Administrator to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

Job Title: Tech Consultant – Qlik Cloud Administrator
Overall Experience: 7–10 Years

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Qlik Cloud Administrator with strong hands-on expertise in Qlik Cloud tenant administration, platform management, security, user access, monitoring, and governance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration and operational management of enterprise Qlik Cloud environments, ensuring platform availability, security, performance, and compliance. The role requires close collaboration with BI developers, Data Engineers, infrastructure, security, and business teams to provide a stable and well-governed analytics platform.

Day to Day Job Duties

• Administer and manage enterprise Qlik Cloud tenants and associated platform services.
• Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, spaces, and access controls within Qlik Cloud.
• Configure and maintain Qlik Cloud tenant settings, security policies, and governance standards.
• Manage Shared, Managed, and Personal Spaces and associated access permissions.
• Monitor platform health, utilization, application activity, and operational performance.
• Manage application publishing, reload schedules, tasks, and data refresh processes.
• Troubleshoot Qlik Cloud application, reload, connectivity, authentication, and access-related issues.
• Configure and maintain connections between Qlik Cloud and enterprise data sources.
• Support identity and authentication integrations, including SSO and enterprise identity providers.
• Monitor licenses, user allocations, capacity, and platform consumption.
• Support Qlik application deployments and promotion across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with Qlik Developers and Data Engineering teams to troubleshoot data connectivity and platform issues.
• Maintain platform documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Support platform upgrades, changes, security reviews, audits, and compliance activities.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of Qlik Cloud administration and operational processes.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Qlik platform administration, or enterprise analytics environments.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense/Qlik platform administration and support.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik Cloud Tenant Administration, security, user/access management, and platform operations.
• 3+ years of experience with Qlik application deployments, data connections, reload management, monitoring, and production support.

Nice to Have

• Experience migrating Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows to Qlik Cloud.
• Experience with Qlik Application Automation.
• Knowledge of Qlik Cloud APIs and administrative automation.
• Experience with Section Access and enterprise security models.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), SAML, OAuth, or other identity technologies.
• Knowledge of Qlik data gateways and hybrid/cloud data connectivity.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or other modern data platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments and handling critical incidents.
• Understanding of ITIL, change management, and release management processes.
• Qlik certification is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
