We are currently seeking a Technical Program/Project Manager - Capital Markets / Asset Management to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).
Job Title: Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Capital Markets / Asset Management to lead complex software delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in managing end-to-end SDLC projects, working across hybrid environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a product-led organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end software delivery projects across the full SDLC lifecycle
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align delivery with business goals
- Manage stakeholders across business and technology, providing regular status updates and risk mitigation plans
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting
- Ensure adherence to Agile, DevOps, and governance best practices
- Support change management and process improvements within the organization
Experience & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Technical Project/Program Management or Software Engineering
- 3–4 years managing complex software delivery projects in hybrid (Agile + Waterfall) environments
- Mandatory experience in Capital Markets / Asset Management
- Proven experience managing full SDLC lifecycle with engineering teams
- Exposure to product-led organizations and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- APIs & Microservices architectures
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- CI/CD pipelines and SDLC processes
- Familiarity with:
- Databases and data integration concepts
- Software engineering best practices
Tools & Technologies
- Mandatory: Jira, Confluence
- Project tools: MS Project / Smartsheet
- Version control concepts: Git / GitHub
- Collaboration tools: Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom
- Monitoring tools: Splunk, Datadog, New Relic

Preferred Qualifications
