We are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate - Healthcare Account to join our team in Quezon CIty, National Capital Region (PH-00), Philippines (PH).

In these roles, you will be responsible for:


- Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.

- Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call

- Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.

- Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.

- Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends. 



Requirements for this role include:

- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM Eastern Standard Time.

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies using English language as a medium of communication.

- 1+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor’s office) 


*** The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
