Within the Healthcare domain resource is expected to:
• Provides efficient and courteous client services through telephone, e-mail or online.
• Answers basic routine questions following preestablished guidelines and performs routine research on client inquiries.
• Refers complaints to higher levels.
• Applies general knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in
support of assigned client group.
• Maintains appropriate records and performs related administrative and clerical functions.
• Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and / or troubleshooting.

Preferences: 

•    Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client. 
•    Commerce graduate with English as a compulsory subject
Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (19:00am to 7:00pm CST).  The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
