Our Client is one of Leading Health Plan in US providing services in Massachusetts, NTT are getting into contract with Client to manage End to End Claims Administration services. Our NTT Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team has implemented the processes and technologies for our clients bring about real transformation for customers of all sizes. There is a need for a technical training specialist to learn the systems and processes and facilitate training classes for our  various business partners that support BPO.
·       Delivers technical training programs to assigned operational area (predominately to front-line staff). Training delivery includes face-to-face instruction and virtual classroom environments
·        Identifies appropriate training methodologies based on audience learning styles. Training methodologies may include group lecture, role play, simulation exercises, self-study, computer-based training, etc. 
·       Adapts training content to meet the changing needs of assigned operational area and/or to improve upon the quality of existing content. May develop new training content, for content considered lower complexity in nature
·         Researches best examples to use for demonstration and in-class work and homework.
·        Updates and maintains training programs’ instructional activities and quizzes with subject matter experts, managers, technical writers, and instructional designers.
·         Administer tools to measure effectiveness of the training program and make recommendations of improvements, based on feedback data, to enhance quality of programs 
·         Handle the program administration needs, including communications, scheduling, roster management, materials production, facilities coordination, and participant inquiries, etc.
·         Provide feedback and coaching to class participants in one-on-one and group settings
·         Publish readiness reports for class participants across the trainer’s area of responsibility
·         Coordinate with managers to ensure that assigned training is complete and any required follow-up support is identified and communicated
·         Coaches less experienced trainers in facilitation techniques, classroom management, conflict management, and adult learning theories
·         Contributes to the development and implementation of specific internal procedures and customized tools and resources.
