We are currently seeking a Benefits Configuration Analyst to join our team in REMOTE, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US).

Role Responsibilities:
-Analyzes business and user needs, documenting requirements
-Review provider contract terms and translates them into claims adjutication platform configuration (prefer Javalina or Healthpac but could be any (Trizetto, Health Rules, etc.))
-Review provider demographic information including affiliated entities, TINs, NPIs, Locations and translates them into configuration
Basic Qualifications:
-5+ Years of experience in Health Plan Payer operations, provider contract terms, and methodologies, claims processing, and configuration experience with a health plan core claims processing platform
-3-5 Years of experience with HealthEdge HealthRules software
-Experience in a combination of health plans, software vendors, systems integrators, or consulting organizations
Preferred/Nice to have:
-Experience in other transaction systems (Facets, QNXT, etc.)
-Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the customer organization
-Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
