We are currently seeking a Information Technology Mng.Consultant to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Working under the direction of a project manager or business area lead, she/he will actively participate in the delivery of tasks/activities and associated deliverables. Formulate and document objectives and outcomes based on client needs and industry requirements. The OCM Sr. Business Analyst works collaboratively with the client and team members, to create, track, and update OCM deliverable documents to improve HHS-related projects.  The successful candidate will work with state government clients and other stakeholders to evaluate, analyze, and document business processes and build current and future state documentation to assist with organizational change for a large health care organization. The OCM Sr. BA will formulate, and document objectives and outcomes based on client needs and industry requirements. Function as a liaison between business and other stakeholders. Provide procurement support and contract management support for state government clients. Serve as subject matter expert and consulting resource for the organization.  

Job Responsibilities Include:
•    Perform business modeling for Health and Human Services
•    Track OCM due dates, status, and any needed updates 
•    Develop OCM deliverable updates for specific tasks as assigned by the Project Manager
•    Develop client deliverables in accordance with project requirements and company documentation standards 
•    Document the current business needs and functions of the State as well as projecting future business needs based on the State’s strategic plan and input from State stakeholders 
•    Plan, organize, facilitate, and document meetings, including facilitation of agenda preparation, development of detailed meeting notes, and documentation of action items  
•    Lead business process analysis and re-engineering activities for the business areas 
•    Participate in meetings and communicate complete and accurate project status reports, risks and issues to the Project Manager
•    Participate in project and other stakeholder meetings, as needed 
•    Develop and submit reports as needed to the client 
•    Manage, coordinate, and write Requests for Proposals (RFP)s, Request for Information (RFI)s, and other procurement documents for state government

Basic Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
•    Minimum of 5 years of elicitation and verification of business requirements 
•    Minimum 5 years Health and Human Services (HHS) experience 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skill
•    Minimum 6 years Business Analysts experience 
•    Ability to work independently and manage work of yourself and others to a defined schedule 

Preferred Skills:
•    HHS knowledge
•    Organizational Change Management knowledge
•    Business Process Mapping experience
•    Team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible “can-do” attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success 
•    Experience conducting meetings, interviews and making presentations
•    Understanding and experience with Medicaid business processes
•    Ability to communicate succinctly and accurately in written and verbal English  
•    Ability to work effectively and efficiently under strict timelines
