  • Individuals possess domain, technical or process authority in their subject area.
  • They manage projects critical to the company.
  • Leads multiple tasks for multiple sales processes in pursuit of opportunities, which include multi-product (and generally multi-vendor) hardware, software, and services components.
  • Facilitates discussion with client’s senior leadership on mission critical business factors.
  • Regularly influences in development of RFPs and RFIs.
  • Identifies new market opportunities and potential partner alliances.
  • May lead with specialties.
  • Coordinates with partners to get create bundled solutions.
  • Acts as a coach/mentor to sales team. 
  • Evaluates competitive positioning, provides feedback, and engages with senior level executives.



  • Advanced presentation skills and client service skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of all NTT DATA products and services.
  • Deep knowledge of breadth of offerings.
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing product/service marketing strategies.
  • Recognized internally and externally as a thought leader on NTT DATA technology, products, and services.
  • Long-term vision of business/technology direction for NTT DATA.
  • Anticipates new markets for NTT DATA products and services.
  • Organizes and leads company-wide/virtual teams in response to vendor/client needs/ opportunities.
  • Works effectively with functional leaders throughout the organization/models effective team leadership.
  • Able to negotiate complex contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully within virtual teams and challenging time constraints.


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (advance degree in these fields is a plus), Minimum of 8 of years of direct experience working within IT Services or related technologies,  record of sales success, experience working with with C-suite level executives, strong business and financial acumen, excellent verbal and written skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to travel as needed.
