We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Cnslt. Analyst to join our team in Remote, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

We are looking for a Production Support Analyst who has prior experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and monitoring different resource though available monitoring tools. This will be a 24X7 support role where candidate has to take care of ongoing production issues.

Exp: 4-7 Years

Skillset:

• ITIL
• AWS
• SQL
• Database Administration services
• Kubernetes (added advantage)

Java/Spring Boot (or any programming language)

Responsibilities:
Incident and change management through ticketing tool
Monitor and troubleshooting of AWS jobs
Monitoring of infrastructure and resources
Root cause analysis of production issues within the defined SLAs
