As an AI Senior Consultant within NTT DATA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients as they address complex business challenges. Your primary responsibilities will involve helping organizations solve business problems, optimize processes, and implement innovative strategies. This role demands a combination of creativity, effective collaboration, and technical excellence.

Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will ensure that solutions are both effective and aligned with business objectives, consistently delivering value and driving progress through transformative technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business needs.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
  • Support decision-making with quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and recommend process optimization strategies.
  • Work with teams to implement process automation and digital transformation solutions.
  • Assist in designing business solutions, including workflows, system integrations, and operational changes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the feasibility of technical solutions.
  • Support system implementation, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Prepare and present business cases, reports, and recommendations.
  • Facilitate discussions between clients, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Conduct industry and market research to identify competitive trends.
  • Support business strategy development with data-driven insights.
  • Evaluate potential risks and opportunities for new business initiatives.
  • Assist in project planning, timeline tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and address potential roadblocks.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
  • Support change management efforts by developing training materials and conducting sessions.
  • Help organizations adapt to new processes, technologies, and workflows.
  • Monitor adoption and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of healthcare consulting / business analysis experience participating in projects with proven requirements gathering skills that focused on one or more of the following:
    • Predictive Analytics
    • Data Design
    • Generative AI
    • AI/ML
    • ML Ops
  • 3+ years of experience in SQL and Excel.
  • 2+ years of experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio.
  • 2+ years of experience writing Business Requirement Documents or Functional Requirements Documents.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ability to travel at least 25%. 

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Excellent documentation skills with expertise in creating Business Requirements Documents, user stories, and process flows.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management experience across different business levels.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Change management experience, particularly in enterprise software transitions.
  • Business process modeling skills with focus on reporting and analytics workflows.
  • Graduate degree preferred
