We are currently seeking a IT Senior Delivery Director to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

JD:Service/Product Management is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, performance, and lifecycle management of services and products within organizational or client environments. The job family ensures that services and products are aligned with business needs, deliver measurable value, and evolve in line with strategic priorities and user requirements. Roles within this family define service or product roadmaps, manage backlogs and priorities, and ensure that enhancements and changes are delivered in a structured and controlled manner. They work closely with engineering, delivery, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and ensure alignment between demand, delivery, and outcomes. The job family monitors performance, usage, and customer feedback, using insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize service or product effectiveness. It ensures that services and products meet agreed performance levels, quality standards, and user expectations. Service/Product Management acts as a key coordination point across stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, managing trade-offs, and ensuring that delivery efforts are focused on the highest-value outcomes. It provides direction for investment, development, and optimization activities across the lifecycle. Roles also contribute to governance and oversight by ensuring that services and products comply with organizational standards, risk requirements, and operational frameworks. They support decision-making through performance tracking, reporting, and strategic alignment with broader organizational objectives. By maintaining ownership and accountability across the lifecycle, Service/Product Management ensures that services and products remain relevant, effective, and aligned to business and user needs.
