We are currently seeking a Microsoft Exchange Online and On-Premises L2 Engineer (with German) to join our team in Remote, Constanța (RO-CT), Romania (RO).

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manages and supports Exchange Online and on-premises environments, ensuring email services are secure, reliable, and optimized for business needs.    
• Administer Exchange Online and on-premises servers
• Manage mail flow, security, and compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve email-related incidents
• Perform migrations and upgrades
• Monitor system health and performance
• Document configurations and changes    

Knowledge Skills & Attributes

• Expertise in Exchange Online and Exchange Server;
• Understanding of email security and compliance;
• Scripting skills (PowerShell preferred);
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.  
• Degree in IT/Computing or equivalent;
• Microsoft Certified: Exchange Online Administrator Associate.    
• 3+ years managing Exchange environments;
• Experience with hybrid deployments and migrations.  
• Advanced administration of Exchange Online and Exchange Server;
• Hybrid Exchange deployments and migrations;
• PowerShell scripting;
• Email security and compliance;
• Integration with Active Directory and Azure AD.
