We are currently seeking a Program Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our team in Remote, Michigan (US-MI), United States (US).
NTT DATA is seeking a Program Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead large, complex CRM transformation programs for strategic US clients. This role is responsible for end-to-end program governance, client engagement, financial management, and delivery excellence across multiple Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives.
The Program Manager will work closely with NTT DATA leadership, Microsoft partners, and client executives to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery aligned with NTT DATA’s global delivery and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership

Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM programs for US-based enterprise clients.

Manage multiple projects across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Power Platform.

Define program vision, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics in alignment with client business outcomes.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for client leadership.

Drive executive steering committee meetings, QBRs, and status reviews.

Ensure alignment between client expectations and NTT DATA delivery commitments.
Governance & Financial Management
-
Establish program governance aligned with NTT DATA delivery frameworks.

Own program financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and margin management.

Track KPIs, SLAs, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.
Technical & Solution Oversight
-
Provide oversight on Dynamics 365 CRM solution architecture and design.

Ensure integration with Azure, Power Platform, Dataverse, and enterprise systems.

Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
Team & Global Delivery Management

Lead cross-functional teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.

Manage internal NTT DATA teams, subcontractors, and Microsoft ecosystem partners.

Mentor project managers and delivery leads to build internal capability.
Risk, Compliance & Change Management
-
Proactively manage program risks, scope changes, and issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with client security, data privacy, and regulatory standards (SOC, SOX, HIPAA where applicable).

Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Experience
-
10+ years of IT delivery experience with 7+ years in CRM program management.

Strong experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations in the US market.

Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale, multi-workstream programs.
Technical & Functional Skills
-
Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules.

Solid knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
-
Familiarity with Azure integrations, security models, and DevOps pipelines.
-
Experience overseeing data migration and third-party system integrations.
Program Management Expertise
-
Hands-on experience with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

Strong financial management, forecasting, and contract governance skills.

Ability to manage fixed-price and T&M engagements.
Certifications (Preferred)

PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2

Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications

SAFe Agilist or Scrum certifications
