We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer- Agentforce,Experience cloud to join our team in Remote, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN).

"Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Agentforce, integrations, sales,cpq and  Experience Cloud.
Lead the design , development , and implementation of AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Einstein features around Sales & Experience cloud 
Collaborate with architects and AI engineers to design AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics, customer insights, and automation.
Integrate third-party applications and data sources with Salesforce via APIs
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and developers to ensure successful implementation of AI/ML solutions aligned with business goals.
Implement automated workflows and intelligent data-driven decision systems within Sales Cloud, experience cloud 
ead the design and development of scalable solutions in Salesforce Agentforce and Experience Cloud environments.
• Build and customize Lightning components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Flows, and APIs to support agent and customer portals.
• Design and implement seamless integrations with core systems such as policy administration, claims, billing, and document management via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), or event-driven architectures.
• Develop custom components, templates, and branded sites within Experience Cloud to support self-service and agent experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Maintain and optimize data models, sharing rules, and user roles for different Experience Cloud personas (agents, customers, partners).
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps deployment strategies (e.g., Autorabit, Copado).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for Salesforce-based applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain technical documentation

Key Qualifications:
6+ years of overall experience in Salesforce development with at least 2 + years of relevant hands-on experience in Salesforce AI Solutions development.
Expertise in Salesforce Einstein AI features which includes Sales Cloud Einstein , Service Cloud Einstein , Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder , Einstein Studio, Einstein Chatbot etc.
Expertise in customizing applications using Apex, LWC and Lightning Flows
Experience with data modeling, data integration using REST APIs and handling large datasets within Salesforce.
Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, including classification, regression, clustering, and time series forecasting.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Sales and Service Cloud features.
Familiarity with NLP, image recognition, sentiment analysis, and other AI applications to improve customer experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable AI/ML solutions.
Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and its application in creating effective AI prompts.
Knowledge of AI governance, model explainability, and data ethics.
Knowledge on leveraging large sets of structured and unstructured data to develop data-driven tactical and strategic analytics and insights using ML, NLP solutions
Preferred Skills (Good to have) :
Salesforce Certified in one or more areas: Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer II, or Salesforce Certified AI Associate.
Experience in Salesforce Data cloud

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce (Experience cloud and  custom agent platforms).
Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flow Builder.
• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, middleware, or event platforms.
• Experience designing and managing Experience Cloud sites, including branding, access control, and custom components.
• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred: Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer.
