We are currently seeking a Messaging Specialist (Google & Microsoft) to join our team in Richmond, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).


  • Flexible working in shifts supporting 24X7 steady state operations.
    • Covering Business Hours of 7am-7pm on a rotation, with off-hours and weekend on-call support.
  • Individuals understand their own area and are able to perform all facets of their role. Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Energetic, self-motivated and self-sufficient in accomplishing tasks.
  • They have experience in most issues that may arise, although require guidance with new assignments or assignments outside normal scope of work.
  • Participates in troubleshooting and resolution of client problems using integrated data processing and communication solutions.
  • Contributes to root-cause analysis based on system and incident knowledge.
  • Performs a variety of maintenance tasks associated with the support, modification, and updating of the hardware and Messaging software systems to include software installations, upgrades and tests.
  • Works with more senior team members in performing research, operation studies, design reviews, and technical briefings with clients. Flexible to extend beyond work hours towards accomplishing assigned tasks.
  • Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on technical matters.
  • Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job.
  • Builds deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers and organization.
  • Applies broad knowledge of application support to analyze and resolve client issues
    Advanced ability to effectively troubleshoot program errors

    Advanced understanding of how technology decisions relate to business need

    Review Service Now queue to resolve client report issues, requests, and problems

    Experience with Microsoft and Google messaging environment
    Works with a medium size team to prioritize, assess, and respond to customer issues.

    Works with a customer team to prioritize, assess and respond to large incidents impact many users and across vendors.

    Ability to prioritize activities.



  • 2 years' experience with ServiceNow
  • 2 years' experience troubleshooting, updating, and supporting messaging users in an O365 environment
  • 2 years' experience working on a high-volume help desk. 



In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who works in Colorado is $93,000 - $130, 200. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on a number of factors, including work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications. The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life  and AD&D, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.
