We are currently seeking a Messaging Support Analyst to join our team in Richmond, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Required Skills:

  1. 1 year of Google Workspace (Gsuite) administration/support or
  2. 1 year of M365 administration/support,
  3. 1 years' experience in end user support,
  4. 1 year experience using ServiceNow

 

Very Nice to Have Skills:

  • Familiar with ITIL 4 practices,
  • Experiejnce troubleshooting messaging issues,
  • Experience using any of these toolsets: Concord Secure Fax/Voicemail to email, Cloud M Migrate, Archive360, Virtru data encryption, Donoma Onevoice, BetterCloud
