- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution specifications.
- Develop process flows, use cases, workflow diagrams, and supporting documentation.
- Prioritize requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
SharePoint Solution Design & Delivery
- Collaborate with SharePoint developers, administrators, and solution architects to design and implement solutions that address customer requirements.
- Recommend practical approaches using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Lists, document libraries, workflows, and other Microsoft 365 capabilities.
- Support the configuration and improvement of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and business workflows.
- Evaluate proposed solutions for usability, maintainability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in solution reviews, testing, and implementation activities.
- Help identify opportunities to simplify business processes using out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality and low-code tools.
Customer Engagement & User Experience
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with business users, understand their priorities, and proactively address concerns.
- Communicate technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
- Facilitate solution walkthroughs, user acceptance testing (UAT), and feedback sessions.
- Develop user guides, training materials, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
- Support user adoption and change management activities to maximize the value of implemented solutions.
Application Support & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze user feedback, application issues, and enhancement requests to recommend improvements.
- Work with technical teams to troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate resolution.
- Assist with release planning, change management, and configuration management activities.
- Support effort estimation, implementation planning, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure solutions align with applicable federal security, accessibility, and information management requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, application engineering, or business solution implementation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft SharePoint-based solutions.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance

- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable technical requirements.
- Experience facilitating customer meetings, requirements workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with SharePoint sites, lists, document libraries, permissions, and content management capabilities.
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing, functional validation, and end-user training.
