We are currently seeking a Telecom Services Senior Associate to join our team in São Paulo, São Paulo (BR-SP), Brazil (BR).

Planeja e projeta voz, dados, vídeo e colaboração de sistemas.

Interface com outra equipe de gerenciamento de sistemas de informação para coordenar software, hardware e recursos de sistemas de telecomunicações, incluindo arquiteturas cliente-servidor de telecomunicações.

Planeja, implementa e faz alterações nos sistemas de telecomunicações.

Mantém sistemas de telecomunicações e relacionamento com fornecedores.

Concentra-se na disciplina de gerenciamento de serviços dentro do ambiente para minimizar o impacto nos negócios.
Fornece suporte básico de software / hardware em sistemas padrão, investigando, analisando e resolvendo problemas em produtos e fornecedores selecionados.
Fornece assistência a uma parte específica de um problema de telecomunicações.
