We are currently seeking a Business Analysis Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Overview
We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager with strong experience supporting public sector clients in highly regulated environments. This role serves as a trusted advisor to government customers, owning post sale success across Microsoft cloud platforms, licensing strategy, renewals, and escalations. The ideal candidate has deep Microsoft 365 and Azure knowledge, excels at cross functional coordination, and is comfortable managing high impact customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer success and technical advisory lead for public sector clients using Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and GitHub Enterprise
- Own and resolve high visibility customer escalations, coordinating with customers, Microsoft, resellers, and internal engineering teams
- Advise customers on Microsoft licensing strategy including E1, E3, E5, Power Apps, and Copilot to ensure compliance and cost optimization
- Manage contract renewals, true ups, and procurement documentation for large scale government tenants
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive and technical stakeholders within regulated environments
- Support adoption and enablement of GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Copilot
- Deliver SLA driven services through ServiceNow while maintaining accurate operational and procurement records
- Proactively identify risks, improvement opportunities, and expansion paths within customer environments
Required Qualifications
- 5 plus years of experience in customer success, technical support, or account management roles
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure in enterprise or public sector environments
- Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing, renewals, and tenant management
- Experience working with government agencies or regulated customers
- Proven ability to manage escalations and complex customer issues involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals or MCSA in Office 365
- Experience supporting Texas public sector agencies, DIR or DCS contracts
- Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Copilot
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Education
- Some college coursework or equivalent professional experience
