We are currently seeking a Managing Director to join our team in San Francisco, California (US-CA), United States (US).
Client Executive - San Francisco Bay Area (Remote)

We are seeking a highly accomplished Managing Director, Client Executive to lead a strategic relationship within the Technology, Digital Platform, Internet Services, AI, and Cloud sector. This executive will be accountable for the overall client strategy, revenue growth, P&L management, and executive engagement across a complex global organization. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, the Client Executive will leverage NTT DATA's broad portfolio of AI, cloud, infrastructure, security, data, consulting, and managed services capabilities to help clients achieve their most critical business objectives.
Ideal Background
- Proven success managing and growing strategic technology, digital platform, internet services, cloud, or AI-driven enterprise accounts
- Experience owning multi-million-dollar P&Ls and driving significant revenue growth
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and senior technology leaders
- Deep understanding of industry drivers including AI adoption, hyperscale cloud ecosystems, digital business models, platform innovation, data strategy, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency
- Track record of structuring and closing complex transformational services engagements
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and orchestrating large-scale client delivery initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience leading and growing strategic enterprise accounts within the Technology, Digital Platform, Internet Services, Cloud, AI, or Software sectors, including responsibility for revenue growth and executive client relationships.
- 8+ years of experience building, managing, and measuring a full-cycle, geographically dispersed sales organization with annual Total Contract Value (TCV) exceeding $25M.
- 8+ years of experience selling complex technology services and solutions, including consulting, digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure, data, AI, managed services, or application services to large enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of developing and expanding C-level and senior executive relationships within large, matrixed, global organizations.
- Demonstrated success managing significant P&L responsibility, with strong forecasting, financial planning, and revenue growth expertise.
- Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing large-scale, multi-year strategic services engagements.
- Strong understanding of industry business drivers, including AI adoption, cloud transformation, digital business models, operational efficiency, cybersecurity, platform modernization, and data-driven innovation.
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence business and technology stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global delivery environment and driving client satisfaction across complex solution portfolios.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing relationships with large hyperscale technology, internet, software, or digital platform organizations.
- Strong network within the technology ecosystem and proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Experience leading strategic account planning and executive stakeholder management within Fortune 100 organizations.
- Knowledge of emerging technology trends, including Generative AI, Cloud Platforms, Data & Analytics, Digital Engineering, and Intelligent Operations.
