We are currently seeking a Advisory Services & Outreach Lead to join our team in San Juan, Puerto Rico (US-PR), United States (US).

Overview of job:

The Advisory Services Training and Outreach Lead is a central figure in the PRMP Process Reengineering initiative, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training and outreach strategies that drive successful adoption of redesigned business processes. This role ensures effective coordination among project leadership, stakeholders, and end users, facilitating smooth transitions and fostering stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation lifecycle. By leading targeted training programs, designing outreach campaigns, and establishing feedback mechanisms, the Advisory Services Training and Outreach Lead enables knowledge transfer, promotes continuous improvement, and supports the long-term sustainability of process improvements across the organization.

 

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Training Program Leadership: Lead the planning, design, and delivery of targeted training programs to support the transition and adoption of new processes.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Develop outreach materials and campaigns to raise awareness and encourage stakeholder buy-in for process reengineering initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical teams, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with redesigned processes and organizational goals.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Establish feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve outreach and engagement efforts.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on communication best practices and change enablement strategies within the project environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience leading training and outreach initiatives in large-scale business transformation or process reengineering projects.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training programs.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience to design and implement stakeholder engagement plans, communication strategies, and outreach activities for diverse and cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci®, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Medicaid eligibility processes, including policy, determinations, and enrollment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of four (4) years of related experience.
  • Must demonstrate fluency in Puerto Rican Spanish, including the ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and accurately. Proficiency should reflect a strong understanding of regional linguistic and cultural nuances relevant to the Puerto Rican population. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience facilitating workshops, user feedback sessions, and knowledge-sharing events tailored to multiple audience levels, from executive stakeholders to end users.
  • Proficiency in developing training materials, job aids, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Experience working in or with public sector agencies or complex, multi-stakeholder environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid eligibility processes, including policy, determinations, and enrollment.
  • Knowledge of industry-recognized BPR methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, including Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process improvement approaches.
  • Prefer on island in Puerto Rico.
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork and customer service skills.
