Project Manager (ERP Archival & Reporting Solution)

Location: Puerto Rico (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (6-Month Project)

About the Opportunity

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of an ERP Archival and Reporting Solution for the Puerto Rico Department of Health (PRDoH). This role will serve as the primary liaison between PRDoH stakeholders and the technical delivery team, ensuring successful project execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of project objectives throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for PRDoH leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, risk logs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate implementation activities related to historical data archiving, reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project governance sessions, and executive status reviews.
• Oversee delivery of training, reporting enhancements, compliance support, and post-go-live activities.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, schedules, and business requirements.
• Support change management, communication planning, and user adoption efforts.
• Coordinate post-production stabilization and support activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to support bilingual users and training activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading ERP, data management, technology implementation, or reporting projects.
• 3+ years experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
• 1+ years experience with executive reporting and stakeholder management.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to support bilingual users and training activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience supporting government agencies or public sector organizations.
• Familiarity with Oracle-based solutions, reporting platforms, or ERP implementations.
• Experience managing data migration, data archival, or analytics initiatives.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $65,984.00 - $85,800. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance.
