We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team in Savannah, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

Day to Day job Duties:

Main Duties Include: , Data Analysis, Problem Resolution, Issue Tracking, Action planning and execution, Equipment forecasting, Equipment ordering, Reporting

• • Pull reports and analyze data for accuracy, trending and problem resolution
  • Create dashboards reflecting asset inventory and financial information
  • Update asset management information for assets receiving services
  • Identify potential issues that could adversely impact End User Experience or contractual obligations and assist in creating action plans as well as following action plans
  • Communicate with equipment vendors and internal staff
  • Work with internal Finance on quarterly catalog updates by reviewing and comparing equipment specifications, model numbers, cost quotes, etc.
  • Host meetings with stakeholders to review reports, action items and problem resolution
  • Attend weekly meetings with equipment vendors
  • Attend weekly internal meetings with Governance/Finance, Equipment Refresh and Field Service teams
  • Escalate to managers issues that globally impact equipment delivery
  • Continuously improve both individual and team technical skills and knowledge through knowledge share
  • Maintain documentation of processes and deskside procedures
  • Contribute to contractual deliverables as set forth in the services contract with our client

Basic requirements:

• 3+ years' experience using Microsoft Excel and Word at an advanced skill level
• 3+ years' experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint and Access
• 3+ years' experience using a Service Ticketing System and CMDB 
• 3+ years' experience in data analysis
• Must be a US citizen

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $50k to $80k. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
