System Support Engineer-Liaison with Global Team Related

1) Investigate the incident escalated from L1 team with wide impact, liaise with global team to identify solution.

2) Study the existing end-user product available on global level, land and localize in country;

3) Review the software deployment, deliver the information and highlight the risk to L1 team, work with global support for any problem due to deployment;

4) Understand deeper on internal IT product/process, deliver training to L1 team.

5) Enhance Standalone Desktop control to ensure key risk control processes covered.

6) Support desktop regulatory system with 3rd party vendor and local tech, define the best practice with certified products and script engineering, release and ensure the practice is well followed;

7) Coordinate the country projects design and implementation for desktop platform, including but not limit to

a) Branch Open/Closure

b) Office Relocation

c) Desktop Refresh

d) Critical Application Roll-out

 

  1. Solid knowledge on Windows OS troubleshooting and case analysis;
  2. Familiar with massive software management process, SCCM related knowledge preferred;
  3. Familiar with IT infra framework, ITIL related certificate preferred;
  4. Fluent in Speaking English is a plus.#LI-APJ
