NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Solutions Architect Consultant - Silver Spring, MD to join our team in Silver Spring, Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).

 

 

The Solutions Architect Consultant is the primary expert to construct the specific solution, scope document, risk profile, and corresponding financials.

 

Role Responsibilities

- Uses expertise to construct specific and detailed solutions that encompass process, technology, project and staffing plans.

- Constructs risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to custom solution proposals

- Participates in the construction of financial models that align with custom solution proposals

- Composes applicable services agreements (e.g. Statements of Work, SLA documentation, etc.) that specify processes, technology, staffing, deliverables, commitments, risk, and project management aspects of a solution

- Supports deal negotiation and closure to include transition support to service delivery

- Serves as a services subject matter expert to both internal and external customers

- Follows all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow, documentation and deliverables

- Participates in applicable win-loss reviews and incorporates learning's into future solutions.

- Engages with technical, application and customer service teams to support the 10 hospitals and 250 clinic locations

- Fully engaged in design and implementation of hardware/software for all infrastructure towers (Network, Telephony, Video Conferencing, Clinical Applications, BIO Med Devices, etc.)

 

Requirements 

- Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years’ relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6-8 years’ experience

- Organizational expert within defined subject area

- Integrates deep subject matter expertise with: industry experience, in-depth knowledge of professional standards and trends within area of expertise, relevant related disciplines, business goals and strategy

- Understands impact of emerging business trends and their implications for Dell and its customers

- Ability to function independently, travel to sites around the state of Maryland and DC
