We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Manager to join our team in Singapore, Central Singapore (SG-01), Singapore (SG).

Preferred Languages: English and Chinese Mandarin speaking.

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Providing administrative support as needed
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Assist PMO manager to monitor and control project matrix and health dashboards;
• Develop required financial and portfolio reports and presentation decks;
• Required strong analytical skills, detail oriented/pay close attentions to details;
