We are currently seeking a Project Program Mgmt. Senior Specialist to join our team in Singapore, Central Singapore (SG-01), Singapore (SG).

1 Responsibilities

1. Deliver IT projects/releases within the agreed budget and schedule.
2. Oversee and drive projects from initiation to post implementation support following SDLC and Agile
3. Collaborate and work closely with our banking client's vendor project teams to deliver the project/release as directed and assigned by them. 
4. Communicate status reporting to client's stakeholders and senior management. 
5. Manage change requests.
6. Working on regular basis with off-site project development team of client's vendor, to track resource planning, deliverables, risks, and issues. 
7. Enforce the BNPP’s project management policies and procedures on relevant client's team members and client's vendors. 
8. Use BNPP’s Clarity tool to provide -  
   1. Baselining of project acitivities
   2. Project Cards
   3. Tracking of Actuals
   4. Risk Monitoring

1. Contributes towards the end-to-end use of client's new products 

10. Contributes towards defect leakage and quality improvement initiatives

2.4.2  Skill Set Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience as IT Project manager
2. Strong and extensive IT Project Management experience in Banking.
3. Strong strategist and planning skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Strong communicator, cross culture exposure and people understanding.
6. Exposure to across the organizational verticals and Senior Management.
7. Knowledge on Supply Chain financing, Accounting and Payments preferable.
