We are currently seeking a Project Program Mgmt. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Singapore, Central Singapore (SG-01), Singapore (SG).
Project Management candidate is responsible for managing the initiative, engaging and working with key business partners and driving to successful outcomes within a given timeline. This position will have primary focus on planning, execution and delivery of IT Strategy initiatives.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify customer needs, Manage Major End to End Initiatives and ability to manage Medium team.
- Managing Finances and Budgets. Determine way to reduce cost and improving service availability.
- Defines project scope, deliverables, roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners
- Establishes, plans, and executes major milestone reviews and decision gates to complete the program and project life cycle. Ensures all the required products are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution
- Identifying and managing to the critical path and milestones of a schedule
- Identification of risks, which affects program and project deliverables with follow through on mitigation, resolution and path to green.
- Communicate proactively with all stakeholders, in identifying problems, propose solutions, and implement efficient process.
- Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Adhere to Citigroup project management processes and procedures.
- Prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups.
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and managing Project teams.
Relevant Experience
- 14+ years of overall experience in IT services - infrastructure / Data center strongly preferred
- 8+ years Delivery / Project & Program Management experience desired
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or equivalents.
- Professional Project Management Certification and Technical Certifications or equivalents.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a Complex project or initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and foster internal relationships
