We are currently seeking a OCM Analyst to join our team in Springfield, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst will play a supportive role in the successful implementation and adoption of large health care system implementations/enhancements of Enterprise Data Warehouse. The OCM Analyst will assist with instituting change management strategies and methods to meet business, schedule, and budget objectives. This person will focus on the people side of change – supporting all OCM activities being executed for the project. As part of the broader OCM effort, the OCM Analyst will assist with creating and implementing organizational change management plans that minimize user resistance and maximize user engagement. The OCM Analyst will engage in project activities and processes to enable support for OCM efforts that enable smooth adoption of the changes associated with multiple IT projects.
The OCM Analyst will work under the direct leadership of the OCM Manager and in collaboration with other IT project leaders.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Support the OCM Approach and Strategic plan for a large complex health care EDW implementation
Assist with tracking execution of the OCM Plan and monitoring progress
Perform stakeholder change readiness assessments
Review As-Is and To-Be business processes to assist in analyzing future-state staffing needs
Aid with communication and training tasks
Assist in the engagement of Change Champions throughout the project lifecycle, from design through implementation support
Coordinate OCM activities including planning and documenting project and team meetings
Work closely with other communications, organizational development, and human resources teams to develop change management plans around communications, training and coaching; support execution/implementation of these plans
Identify potential personnel risks and anticipated points of resistance, and support the development of specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
Support creation of surveys, newsletters, and other communication materials as needed
Support status reporting requirements and timelines
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications
Undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their manager
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 1 years of experience in change management, organization development, project management or related field
Minimum 1 years of experience in implementing an Enterprise Data Warehouse
Minimum 3 years of experience on Medicaid or Major Health Care Payer projects
Minimum 3 years of experience with business writing
Preferred Qualifications (soft skills, preferred, nice to have)
Prosci or equivalent Change Management Professional certification
Previous experience working on OCM for an IT project
Formal presentation skills
Training material development and delivery
Experience managing teams of part-time participants to meet project objectives
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications
Experience using business process modeling software
For Colorado Candidates
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $84,000 to $105,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is [salary range or hourly range].
