NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Client Delivery Executive to join our team in St Petersburg, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).

 

 

Overall Responsibilities
• Responsible to provide oversight on execution of all IT Services delivered across multiple accounts as assigned
• Responsible for delivering in a highly-matrixed global delivery model
• Responsible for client expectation management on all delivery related aspects working closely with Client Executive and matrix organizations
• Responsible for overall client satisfaction
• Responsible for developing strong relationships with the customer IT executives and ensure respective practices are providing thought leadership, innovation and being a trusted partner while providing highest quality of IT service
• Serves as point for escalation of all operational or delivery issues for the accounts responsible for.Business Development/Growth Support
• Support Client Executive and sales support team for the development of all proposals.
• Participate in the review of proposals to ensure that the proposals are of highest quality, achievable and competitive.
• Review along with matrix organizations and ensure matrix organization sign off on all the proposals submitted to the customer.

Delivery Leadership for Engagements

• Viewed as an expert in delivery management best practices; Supports adherence to delivery management processes and policies.
• Work with matrix organizations for creation and active coaching of strong delivery team structure
• Responsible for implementing Industry-based improvement programs within assigned account portfolio.

 

Planning & Operations - Work closely with Client Executive, Delivery Managers and Group Delivery Executive in the following activities:
• Responsible to operate and deliver 20M+ revenue
• Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Monthly forecast
• Ensure regular governance (weekly/monthly, quarterly) established for both internal/external stakeholders
• Assist as required on monthly activities including resource forecast, invoicing & revenue recognition
• Optimal deployment and utilization of resources for Managed Engagements
• Achieve the gross margin target for the account.

 

Qualification
* 10+ years relevant experience. (Includes 5+ years managerial/leadership experience.)
* 5+ years of experience in managing delivery of IT services in both Infrastructure and Applications
* 5+ years of experience in implementing delivery transformation programs to re-engineer delivery model
* 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry
* Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

* Demonstrated experience at overseeing and managing large accounts.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
* Experienced priority-setting skills as they relate to setting strategic direction for the group.
* Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
* Strong both verbal and written communication
* 25% travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required
