We are currently seeking a Software Development Associate Director - Remote to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri (US-MO), United States (US).

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversees project deliveries and software development lifecycle, builds teams and manages resources.
• Analyzes, designs and implements business software development computer software that contains logical and technical solutions to business problems, questions or processes.
• Directs the implementation of technical enterprise-wide solutions.
• Utilizes the company or a third-party’s products, processes, resources and services in the solutions.
• Oversees the completion of client solutions and strategies based on the analysis of the client’s business goals, objectives, needs, and general business environment.
• Provides both team and technical leadership.
• Emphasis of expertise in creating IT Project Plans and using them to lead the technical teams as well as communicate with customers on status. 

Position Requirements:

• Must have experience in using Microsoft Project.
• Typically requires 10- 12 years relevant experience.
• Includes 3-5 years managerial/ leadership experience
• Create actionable IT Project Plans.
• Possesses and applies advanced knowledge of software development programming and analysis and the impact of the solutions on the business and IT functions.
• Applies strong knowledge to analyze and develop solutions to highly complex problems (including global implications).
•  Develops and maintains an exceptional knowledge of key business processes, current and future requirements and key success factors.
• Ability to effectively communicate business issues and needs at a senior management level and how technology supports those requirements.
• Advanced client communication and engagement management skills.
