We are currently seeking a Unix / Linux 系統工程師 to join our team in Taipei City, Taipei City (TW-TPE), Taiwan (TW).

工作內容

• 具備3年以上的系統維護經驗並已取得RHCE系統工程師認證。
• Linux/Unix 與虛擬化系統(Virtualization System)環境建置與維運，確保系統正常運作，並在發生故障時進行緊急修復。
• 系統效能監控，分析日誌以查找問題，並提供解決方案。
• 資料備份、災難備援、資訊機房設備維護、各項系統日常檢查。
• 持續優化與協助建立伺服器、儲存設備、負載平衡器。
• 協助編寫系統架構與日常運維等相關文檔。
• 參與團隊各項討論和會議與進行跨部門合作。
• 協助專案的執行與測試。
• 工作態度積極認真負責，有耐心，高EQ，高抗壓性，具備基礎英文溝通能力，可配合加班。

Experience and Responsibilities

• Work Experience: Minimum of 3+ years’ experience using Linux doing all activities such as installation, system integration, image development, patching, upgrades, complex problem resolution, virtualization and other activities in a complex environment.
• Certificate: Certified as RHCE system engineer.
• Installation & Configuration: Deploy, install, and configure Unix/Linux OS, hardware, and related applications.
• Maintenance & Support: Perform system upgrades, patching, backups, disaster recovery drills, and provide technical support.
• Performance Tuning: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization (CPU, memory, storage).
• Security: Implement security measures, manage access, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitoring: Set up and manage monitoring tools to proactively detect issues. 

• Collaboration: Work with developers, DBAs, and other IT teams to integrate systems and resolve complex issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed system documentation, procedures, and policies.
• Incident/Problem Management: Lead troubleshooting for critical incidents involving Unix/Linux environments (AIX, Linux, etc.).
