Role Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) under the MFN-3 contract. This key staff position requires full-time commitment and senior-level engagement to ensure seamless coordination, issue resolution, and strategic communication across all MFN-3 activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior manager and primary point of contact for all MFN-3-related services and communications with DMS.
• Lead day-to-day coordination and resolution of MFN-3 activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
• Represent DMS concerns to NTT DATA’s executive and operational leadership.
• Participate in all MFN-3-related workgroups initiated by DMS or NTT DATA.
• Maintain 24/7/365 availability, including designated backup coverage, to support contract operations.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing government accounts or in a government sales role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading day-to-day activities and project delivery
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing complex government contracts and service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Proven knowledge of government business practices, including those specific to the State of Florida and its authorized users.
• Familiarity with MFN-3 program goals, operational standards, and reporting requirements.
