NTT DATA Services currently seeks a OnBase Data Conversion Lead to join our team in Tallahassee, Florida (US-FL), United States (US).

NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a OnBase Data Conversion Lead to join our team in Tallahassee, FL.

 

The OnBase Data Conversion Lead will plan and lead conversion of data from from current legacy SIRE EDMS and Lotus Notes applications to new Hyland Onbase solution. The Data Conversion Lead will report to the NTT Data Lead Project Manager and will be supported by a team of data conversion developers, operators and Lotus Notes extraction professionals. The client expects that team members will be generally available onsite at the client location in Tallahassee, Florida, Monday - Friday during the engagement. Once data conversion processes have been analyzed, designed, developed and implemented, the Data Conversion Lead will oversee the ongoing extraction of documents to be staged for upload by other team members into the new OnBase document repository.

 

Subsequent phases of the project may include extraction of application data and documents from other legacy Lotus Notes applications to support implementation of an Enterprise Case Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, subject to later negotiations with the client during the project. 

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • 5 years of experience as a Conversion Lead 
  • 5 years of Conversion Planning experience 
  • 5 years of Conversion Execution experience 
  • 2 years of Electronic Document Management Systems experience 
  • 2 years of Hyland OnBase Software experience 
  • 2 years of database experience
  • 2 years of Windows Server Operating System experience 
  • 2 years of Conversion Program Development experience 
  • 2 years of Deliverable Development experience 
  • 2 years of client communication experience 
  • 2 years of Risks and Issues Escalation experience 

 

Plus Qualifications:

 

  • 2 years of Lotus Notes data extraction experience
