NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Sr. Salesforce Cloud Consultant to join our team in Tempe, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as a key subject matter expert on complex and/or critical business issues and processes with emphasis on Salesforce.com and sales and support processes. Solve complex problems and develops innovative solutions related to the CRM platforms utilized by the business segments supported
Create/change screen layouts, metadata, fields, profiles, and business rules (validations and workflow) to support business requirements
Perform analysis, administration, troubleshooting, testing, software and data environment refreshes as needed
Assist in package and deploy software changes to all environments (development, testing, production)
Work with multiple business stakeholders to develop solutions against organizational roadmap
Document system configurations and change management
Other duties as assigned

 

EXPERIENCE: 
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of overall IT or programming experience, with at least 3+ years of Salesforce.com administration and customization
SFDC Administrator Certification required
SFDC Developer Certification required

 

SKILL & KNOWLEDGE: 

Intermediate level of proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, and dashboards

Experience with Salesforce Triggers and APEX code

Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts (e. g. API, governor limits, and test coverage) and how they influence design.

Strong problem solving skills with a willingness and ability to learn new software features.
Integration knowledge between multiple applications and ERP environments
Able to demonstrate business process knowledge at Enterprise level
Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a focus on business issues
Excellent research and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage parallel projects, and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
