NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Data Center Operations Associate to join our team in Templeton, CA to provide value to our largest and longest serving Healthcare client in our Services’ business unit. You will work with a fast-paced global leader in IT and have the ability to learn from the best and brightest in the industry. We are only considering local applicants at this time.  This role will be required to work Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.  If needed, this role may be required to work holidays and other days / shifts to provide vacation and/or sick coverage.
 

Role Responsibilities

  • Engage in daily incident ticket activities
  • Administer application security to various systems (Cerner, PBAR, and EasyWeb)
  • Provide general support by collecting and keying charges and credits into the billing systems
  • Compliance Central auditor for local applications
  • Coordinate with Physician Liaison on access setup for physicians
  • Register new hires, submitting eID requests for corporate applications
  • Disable and enable leave of absent user accounts
  • Provide operational support for systems. Works in conjunction with the technical staff to implement immediate resolutions
  • Participate in application base project activity
  • Bundling reports generation and distribution, records storage and management
  • Performs procurement tasks for IT Hardware and Software purchases
  • Software Audit and Audit Tasks
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements 

  • 1+ years of data entry experience
  • Able to 10-Key
  • Good phone and customer service skills
  • Must work Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Required to work holidays if needed and other work-days or hours in order to provide vacation or sick coverage

 

Preferences

  • Ability to proactively pursue problem resolution to satisfy customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks efficiently while successfully meeting assigned deadlines
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Prior healthcare experience or hospital experience
