NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Developer . Devops(Azure) to join our team in Tijuana, Baja California (MX-BCN), Mexico (MX).



Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
• Manage risks and resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality.
• Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time
• Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates.
• Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required.
• Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities.
• Work with software engineers to understand impacts of branches and code merges
• Continually work towards making improvements in the release process
• Lead and coordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each, including education)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline (or the equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in information systems operations, environment in systems analysis or development.
• Experience with source control tools (GIT).
• Strong DB Management skills.
• Strong Windows 2008+ server support skills
• Strong Azure DevOps skills (Build Pipelines, Release Pipelines, Agents Pools, Deployment Pools, etc)
• Experience with SSL certificates, DNS Alias, Firewall Rules
• Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.
• Strong ability to manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.

Nice to have(not a must) experience, skills
• Experience working in Agile methodologies
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Experience using Web Application Vulnerability Tools (To perform Web scans, Burp scans, etc.)
• Experience automating processes.
• Experience with database programming and deploying database schemas, SQL scripts, and stored procedures.
• Experience influencing software engineering best practices within your team
• Knowledge on Dockers and Insights is a plus.
