We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Snr. Consultant to join our team in Tiverton, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

The Project Coordinator supports project managers and teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. This role is responsible for organizing project activities, tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, updating project schedules as needed.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Identify and address project issues or risks, escalating as necessary to management.
• Support resource allocation and procurement processes as directed.
• Ensure all project activities comply with company policies and standards.
• Monitor project expenditures and process invoices in collaboration with finance teams.
• Foster a collaborative and organized work environment.
• Supports Account Program Manager with operational duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• PMP or CAPM certification is an asset (optional).
