We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Tokyo, Tokyo (JP-13), Japan (JP).

  • Bi-Lingual (Japanese native level / English intermediate)

  • 5 years of experience providing technical support for end user devices (desktop, laptops, printers, etc.)

  • Certificaton in Microsoft and/or ITIL preferred

  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems

  • Experience with Mobility Device Management, Intune, Azure AD

  • Good communication skills

  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
