CCM Technical Lead (SmartComm)

We are currently seeking a CCM Technical Lead (SmartComm) to join our team!  This is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere in Canada. 

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Understanding project requirements and creating TSD
• Code the changes as per current architecture. MS Word is being used to design and code templates
• Unit Test the changes and ensure quality
• Involved in project reviews
• Assist in project planning and estimation
• Ensure that project timelines are met
• Participate in project discussions and suggest process improvements

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working on SmartCom tool:  template designing & configuration
• 5+ years of experience with XML and schema
