A Senior Platform/DevOps Engineer is first and foremost a software developer who specializes in the domain of the processes and resources necessary to enable the development, build, test, deploy, and release of changes to enterprise applications delivered to market while ensuring this occurs as frequently as needed, with the least amount of error possible, and the maximum uptime. Our product, a dynamic virtual platform and its resources include an automated software factory, its logistics and utilities, a digital showroom, and consumer feedback loops. Our customers encompass the entire IT organization including ourselves.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

· Quickly be steeped in a suite of custom accelerators which include:

· Continuously tested & delivered Infrastructure, Pipeline, and Policy as Code

· Extensible automation & dependency management code frameworks

· Development of event driven functions, APIs, backend services, Command Language Interfaces, and Self-Service Developer Portals.

· We eat our own dog food; all your work will be covered with unit, security, governance, and functional testing utilizing appropriate frameworks.

· Armed with these accelerators you will be among the first on the ground to customize and deploy the delivery platform that will enable the application developers that follow us to rapidly create, demonstrate, and deliver value sprint over sprint for much of the Global Fortune 500.

Key Responsibilities

•            Manage, support, and optimize a large Red Hat OpenShift environment.
•            Create and maintain automation for OpenShift and Linux systems using Ansible, Python, and Bash.

•            Build, enhance, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) and/or Argo CD.
•            Support Linux server operations including provisioning, configuration management, and system performance.
•            Collaborate with development teams to resolve deployment issues and improve application delivery workflows.
•            Participate in weekend to support production deployments and high priority changes.

Required Qualifications
•            3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Linux engineering.
•            3+ years Enterprise experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift administration.
•            3+ years of Linux administration skills (RHEL preferred).
•            3+ years of hands-on experience with automation tools including Ansible and scripting (Python, Bash).
•            3+ years of experience with CI/CD systems such as Azure DevOps or Argo CD.
•            Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Podman) and Git-based workflows.

Preferred Skills
•            Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or Splunk.
•            Familiarity with Helm, Kustomize, or Kubernetes Operators.
•            Understanding of enterprise networking, security controls, and compliance standards.
•            Certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, CKA, or CKAD.
