We are currently seeking a Salesforce Analyst and CRM to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Marketing CRM Lead:

 

The Marketing CRM Lead is an individual contributor role with responsibility for NTT DATA’s campaign and lead management program using Salesforce CRM. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert to Marketing, Sales, Digital and Delivery teams on Marketing features from Salesforce. This role directs the activities of and works closely with our Lead Concierge who imports, manages, triages, and routes sales ready leads to our sales teams.

 

Position's General Duties and Tasks

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute CRM initiatives that drive marketing ready and sales ready leads, and increases marketing sourced and influenced pipeline revenue
  • Develop Marketing CRM, account targeting, and lead management processes and best practices, educating and updating Marketing and Sales Teams
  • Manage campaign planning, target criteria selection and post-campaign analysis with a goal of continuous improvement toward Marketing ROI
  • Respond to target audience list requests from various marketing teams to support a wide variety of marketing programs
  • Monitor and share relevant KPI results regularly to champion continuous improvement in marketing campaigns lead management and reporting
  • Provide project management, operational planning and daily execution for NTT DATA’s Marketing Campaigns using Salesforce
  • Work cross-functionally with the Campaigns, SBU Marketing, Demand Generation and Marketing Analytics teams on effective execution and reporting of Salesforce campaigns
  • Work with our Sales Operations team on Sales Training and Data Governance to support Marketing and Business objectives
  • Write detailed requirements for the Salesforce Administration Team to deploy complex automation customizations within Salesforce based on defined objectives and rules
  • Manage calendar and schedule of deployment of Marketing requirements and communicate across teams
  • Support occasionally testing, as needed

Other duties might include: 

  • Create and update easy to follow job aids
  • Ensure SFDC campaigns are set up properly.
  • Maintain and improve processes related to the marketing interaction with SFDC, sales interactions with the campaigns and campaign members
  • Monitor sales follow up of marketing generated campaign members

B2B Marketing duties: 

  • Understand how B2B marketing tries to expand the wallet share we have with existing accounts
  • Assist marketers with list pull criteria to improve targeting
  •  

Location:  Remote role, but would like this person to reside in Canada

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years working with CRM / Salesforce
  • 3+ years developing and executing CRM initiatives
  • Experience Develop Marketing CRM, account targeting, and lead management processes and best practices, educating and updating Marketing and Sales Teams
     

Minimum Required Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years working with CRM / Salesforce
  • 3+ years developing and executing CRM initiatives
