This role requires deep functional expertise, strong solution design capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, integrated solutions that support end-to-end supply chain operations.

The Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to define solution approaches, guide implementation decisions, support system integration and data migration, and ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution design and functional architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle EBS implementations, enhancements, and migrations.
  • Facilitate business process workshops for Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P), translating business requirements into functional designs and solution recommendations.
  • Design and guide the configuration of Oracle Fusion Order Management, Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, and related supply chain capabilities.
  • Leverage Oracle EBS R12 expertise across Order Management, Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory, and Advanced Pricing to support existing operations and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Define end-to-end process flows and integration requirements across Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, Order Management, Procurement, and Finance.
  • Guide solution decisions related to Business Process Management (BPM), Approval Management, and workflow configuration.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, reporting, and data conversion requirements to ensure alignment with the overall solution design.
  • Lead functional documentation, including BR100 configuration documents, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and RICEW requirements.
  • Guide data migration and conversion activities involving items, suppliers, customers, open purchase orders, open sales orders, and price lists using FBDI and ADFdi.
  • Define and validate functional requirements, data mappings, and migration approaches for EBS-to-Fusion transitions.
  • Provide functional leadership throughout System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and implementation readiness.
  • Support end-user training, go-live planning, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to communicate solution options, explain functional and technical trade-offs, resolve design issues, and maintain alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 12–15+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management, including substantial experience with both Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Oracle EBS.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
  • Experience delivering at least four full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management, Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, and Sourcing.
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Order Management, Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory, and Advanced Pricing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering, solution design, functional configuration, and implementation decisions across end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Experience with supply chain integrations involving Inventory, Receiving, Shipping, Order Management, Procurement, and Finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with FBDI, ADFdi, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
  • Experience with BPM, Approval Management, and workflow configuration.
  • Experience defining and documenting functional designs, configuration requirements, RICEW objects, and data migration mappings.
  • Proven experience supporting EBS-to-Fusion transitions, including data mapping, conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Experience leading or supporting SIT, UAT, defect resolution, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex solution designs clearly to both business and technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM certifications.
  • Experience with Oracle Product Hub, Global Order Promising (GOP), Supplier Model, or Oracle Supply Chain Planning.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or related supply chain environments.
  • Experience advising clients on solution options, process improvements, and implementation best practices across Oracle Fusion Cloud and EBS.
