We are currently seeking a Salesforce - Business Analyst to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will lead the product intake, backlog prioritization, strategy, and roadmap of the Salesforce platform. Furthermore, you will lead the team with discovery to create a development-ready story to be handed off to the development team. The company is looking for a candidate with Salesforce and Agile framework experience. The role requires strong leadership across multiple teams and departments, the ability to communicate with influence, and a technical aptitude
Day to Day / Job Function.
Understand and document customer business requirements through leading requirement workshops
Develop requirement specifications according to standard templates as well as responsible for SFDC Solution Design, Use Cases, User Material, technical and non-functional requirements
Review and test the functionality of the customizations provided by the development team, and demo the solution to the customer for feedback and approval
Act as the liaison between the business team, technology team, support, and offshore team
Act as a Mentor to Junior and Mid-level BAs
Contribute to the Business Analysis Center of Excellence
Ability to build relationships/rapport with the Product Owner and Client is KEY
Required Qualifications:
6+ year’s experience as a Business Analyst working in a Salesforce environment.
6+ years Salesforce product knowledge in a Business Analyst role.
6+ years working closely with our business stakeholders and engineers to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level.
6+ yrs analyzing business requirements to identify gaps and translate requirements into functional user stories.
Document business requirements in form of Epics and user stories, groom them with required
stakeholders and get them approved from the client.
Conduct requirement prioritization sessions with the client, maintain a healthy product backlog and effectively manage both product and sprint backlogs.
Formulate techniques for effective Product Backlog Management and make sure goals, scope and product domain are understood by every member in the Scrum Team properly.
Requirement gathering, AS-IS, TO-BE flows, PRD/FRD writing.
Demo the working solutions to the business stakeholders, address questions and document feedback into the product backlog to be developed in the next build cycle
Work with development teams to share product vision, clarify queries, resolve issues & provide solutions
Develop and maintain all documents and deliverables for clients for all phases of the project to
substantially build the system functionalities
Experience in implementing one of the Salesforce Clouds (Sales/ Service)
Should have very good communication and presentation skills
Experience in leading functional teams, bridging cross application gaps and communicate effectively across stack

Certifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I
Salesforce Admin
Preferred Experience:
Salesforce development experience
Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud experience
Strong accountability planning/organization and teamwork
Highly developed interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive, emotional or potentially controversial situations.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
Hands on experience in Requirement management tools like JIRA, ALM, ServiceNow, etc...
Experience with Salesforce tools like Workbench, Salesforce Inspector, etc
Ideal Mindset:
The ideal candidate will have proven Salesforce product knowledge as well as the ability and experience to demonstrate how they have improved efficiencies in product management using their product expertise
