We are currently seeking a Salesforce Fullstack Developer - Remote Canada Position

Our Salesforce Developers are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of Salesforce Developers provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised. 

Day to Day/Job Function

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop backend logic using Apex, including triggers, classes, batch jobs, and integrations.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
• Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP APIs and integrate Salesforce with external systems.
• Work on data modeling, schema design, and data migrations within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
• Support CI/CD processes and version control using tools like Git and Copado.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security, and governance standards.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• 6+ years experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• 6+ years experience with Salesforce data model, SOQL/SOSL, and platform limitations.
• 6+ years experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• 6+ years experience working with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Copado, Jenkins).
• 3+ years experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Architect certifications).
• Experience with Experience Cloud or Salesforce Communities.
• Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi).
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modern front-end development practices.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

Degree:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Salesforce Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Administration
