We are currently seeking a Sr. Business Analyst - P&C Insurance Policy Administration, Claims & Billing (FTE/Onsite/Hybrid) to join our team in Warren, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

P&C Insurance Policy Administration, Claims & Billing Management

• Handle quoting, rating, underwriting, policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• policy admin Data components: Product models, customer attributes, risk factors
• Integrations requirements gathering and BRD

• Manage the entire billing and collections life cycle.
• Installment schedules, payment modes, commission disbursement

• analyze Integrations issues
• Support intake, triage, segmentation, loss assessment, and settlement.
• Work on Technologies: NLP, OCR, ML for fraud detection and predictive analytics
• work on Tools: Claim Center, RPA bots, virtual chatbots

Data & Analytics

• Business analysis and requirements for reporting, compliance, and operational insights and most importantly troubleshooting the lineage.
• Data lakes, warehouses, marts, cubes
• Actuarial triangles, regulatory dashboards, KPI tracking

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the P&C insurance domain with a focus on data Analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products, Policy Admin, Billing, underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of Deep understanding of the P&C insurance industry areas like Policy Administration, Billing, Claims and Reinsurance plus excellent data analytics experience in Data lakes, warehouses, marts, cubes and handled Use cases like : Actuarial triangles, regulatory dashboards, KPI tracking, and hands-on experience in executing successful data analytics initiatives.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of Proficient in data Analytics tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Travel: This is onsite role.  

Degree: Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have; (But not a must)

• Project lead experience
