NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Access/Escort Specialist to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

 

 

The AES access/escort shall provide access control, process visitors, and escort personnel in various environments such as on construction sites and in office spaces. AES shall receive and process incoming packages, monitor intrusion detection systems, assess and reset alarms, monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), conduct interior and exterior security checks, and monitor and control vehicle access. The AES shall conduct herself/himself professionally. The AES may also be required to:

- Escort personnel in various environments such as on construction sites, in office space, or on tours.

Process visitor requests and / or requests for site access.

- Support limited background investigations through collecting paperwork and fingerprinting

- Support physical security specialists in conducting basic facility checks, ensure all security standards are in place, and ensure physical security equipment is operational.

- Report suspicious activities to police, guards or designated officials.

- Create/Issue badges for various sites, restrict or control access to sensitive areas, positively identify authorized personnel through established parameters.

- Operate all associated IT equipment related to responsible tasks.

- Collect and prepare information necessary to conduct limited background checks on visitors and other contractors; ability to process private information safely and securely.

- Stand / walk for long periods throughout the work day.

- Wear appropriate safety equipment in accordance with OSHA standards and required by federal law and designated clothing and footwear (the client may require a set uniform, such as  khakis / slacks, dress shirt or polo shirt and a coat or blazer -all of a set color selected by the client)

 

Required Qualifications -

Active TS Clearance

2-4 years of relevant experience

High school or higher education
