NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Cyber Security Manager to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

 

 

The Cyber Security Manager shall provide information security expertise and leadership to the IT enterprise. Candidate shall be responsible for providing senior level guidance and leadership for the client information assurance program.  The Lead Information Assurance Manager shall participate in Information Assurance working groups (Government sponsored or private) to obtain the latest security and regulatory guidance (including applicable privacy laws and statutes), and identify and analyze vulnerabilities, and recommend countermeasures for the identified vulnerabilities.  The candidate shall manage the information assurance vulnerability management program for all client systems, sites, and networks in accordance with DoD regulations and standards.  Specifically, these responsibilities include, developing and implementing information assurance policies and procedures; providing status reports and metrics on information assurance compliance and enforcement; performing Security Test and Evaluations for accreditations (ST&E); leading Business Continuity Planning activities; performing Risk Assessments and Vulnerability Assessments (risk management); managing incident response activities; managing, supporting, and coordinating certification and accreditation activities in support of client systems, sites, and networks; providing input to and participating in the client's configuration advisory board (CAB)/configuration control board (CCB); and coordinating with DISA or other outside entities in support of audits and inspections and providing any required documentation in support of such inspections.

 Requirements:

-  Top Secret Clearance

-  IAM level 3 certification (per DoD 8570)

-  BS/BA degree.  See below for exceptions.

-  Ten (10) years of demonstrated DoD Cyber Security experience.  See below for exceptions.

 

Substitutions for education and/or experience:

- Able to substitute BS/BA degree if candidate has additional four [4] years's relevant experience and HS/GED - 14 years' experience total.

- If candidate has a MA/MS degree, two (2) fewer years' experience is required (eight [8] years' experience only). 

- If candidate has Ph.D. then six (6) fewer years' experience is required (four [4] years' experience only)
