NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Change Management and Asset Manager to join our team in Washington DC, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  1. Oversees and participates in the execution of agency Change Management process, ensuring all Change Requests are processed according to standard and in a timely manner.
  2. Oversees and participates in the execution of agency Asset and Configuration Management process, ensuring all agency and program resources are controlled according to standard and regularly accounted for.
  3. Oversees and participates in the coordination of technology releases into agency IT environment.
  4. Oversees and participates in agency environment capacity measurements.
  5. Evaluates agency IT requirements and the technologies and changes necessary to fulfill them.
  6. Provides support for System Assessment & Authorization (SA&A) activities.
  7. Coordinate provision of support to address difficult issues in the IT environment; contribute to root cause determination for all critical severity IT incidents.
  8. Train, coach and mentor Service Transition staff including career development.
  9. Ensure adequate coverage overseeing the scheduled working times and provide backup support.
  10. Provide written and oral reporting of group and infrastructure performance to company management and customer personnel and others in to satisfy scheduled and ad-hoc requirements.

  

Basic Qualifications

  1. Must be US Citizen and possess or can obtain public trust clearance.
  2. BS or BA Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines (Bachelor’s degree only may be substituted with an additional year of experience).
  3. Must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience.
  4. Must have at least one certification from the following:  PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), PMP
